It’s sad when it’s the first minute of the first hour of the first day of the work week and you are already tired..
As soon as my alarm went off this morning, I started to feel sleepy.
I’m dragging today. I’m going to try and intentionally be patient with myself, tune in into my body instead of tuning out, just be gentle with myself.
On my playlist today, soothing music and empowering podcasts and programs I think. I have a premonition that a hard day perhaps even week lies ahead and somehow, I have to stay one step ahead of it.
