Making wellness a priority

I just stumbled on this video in my FB feed and just wanted to share. It talks about the different ways we need to take care of our selves, all the facets of who we are: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social. It’s pretty awesome.

The source SAMSHA intially threw me off. I was like I know that acronym but I don’t remember it. I’m glad I checked it out. Here it is. It’s quite short, well illustrated and informational.  Please check it out.
