Enough! 

Enough of this not sleeping nonsensical BS!
Enough of laying awake all or most of the night!

Enough of tossing and turning all night!

Enough of being fatigued!

Enough of feeling like I am  insomnia’s damned hostage! 

Enough enough enough! It’s time to start sleeping better. To get to the underlying cause of this insomnia problem. Time to heal. Today is Day 1.

Day 1: 

  • I put some affirmations and meditations cds on my mp3 player to listen to in the evening as I’m undwinding for bed. 
  • Going to shop for some aromatherapy stuff.
